Siedah Spencer-Ardis, MA, LMFT is a distinguished Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and an AAMFT Approved Supervisor. She is the owner and Clinical Director of Focus Therapy Clinic, a premier outpatient group practice with locations in Southfield and Dearborn, Michigan. Under her leadership, the clinic offers comprehensive therapeutic services to children, individuals, couples, and families, while serving as a robust training ground for Marriage and Family Therapy interns committed to clinical excellence.
In addition to her clinical leadership, Mrs. Spencer-Ardis is the founder of SSA Consulting, which provides services in collaborative divorce, co-parenting therapy, mediation, and coaching. Her extensive background in foster care, residential treatment, and community mental health underscores her dedication to ensuring high-quality, family and child focused.
Specializing in high-conflict couples, reunification cases, and women navigating life transitions, Mrs. Spencer-Ardis is a skilled practitioner in reunification therapy, mediation, and parenting time planning. She draws upon a strength-based approach that integrates Solution-Focused Therapy, Collaborative Therapy, and Gottman Couples Therapy to support individuals and couples in cultivating healthier, more connected relationships.
Currently pursuing her PhD in Marriage and Family Therapy at Northcentral University, she continues to advance her expertise and contributions to the field. She is also the founder of The Sapp Foundation, a nonprofit organization providing mental health aftercare for underserved communities, and Focus By Design, a lifestyle and wellness brand promoting self-care and holistic well-being.
