Siedah Spencer-Ardis, MA, LMFT is a core member of Parent Team, where she serves as a mediator, Collaborative Divorce neutral, Child Specialist, and restorative family relationship practitioner. She also provides Parenting Coordination and Guardian ad Litem support, bringing a deeply child-centered lens to complex family systems.
An AAMFT Approved Supervisor, Siedah is the owner and Clinical Director of Focus Therapy Clinic, a multi-site outpatient group practice in Michigan serving children, individuals, couples, and families, while training the next generation of therapists. She is also the founder of SSA Consulting, offering mediation, co-parenting therapy, and collaborative divorce services.
Siedah specializes in high-conflict couples, restorative family work, and women navigating life transitions. Her approach integrates Solution-Focused, Collaborative, and Gottman Method Couples Therapy to help families build healthier, more connected relationships.
She is currently pursuing her PhD in Marriage and Family Therapy and is the founder of The Sapp Foundation, supporting mental health aftercare in underserved communities, and Focus By Design, a wellness brand centered on holistic self-care. Siedah is an active community leader, serving in leadership roles with Jack and Jill of America, Inc., Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., and the Service Builders Foundation.
