Kire is a certified mediator with a deep passion for supporting parents through the collaborative divorce and co-parenting process. She brings a child-centered, compassionate approach to co-parenting, helping families navigate roles and transitions with empathy, clarity, and respect. Her focus is always on preserving and promoting children's emotional and educational well-being. Kire believes that when everyone feels seen, heard, and supported, children thrive.

With over 20 years of experience, Kire has dedicated her career to supporting children and the adults who care for them. She is also a Certified Special Education Teacher and earned her master’s degree in education with a concentration in emotional and behavioral learning disabilities. Her work spans a variety of settings, including schools, clinics, homes, and treatment facilities, where she has trained and guided care teams in developing sustainable, individualized educational and behavioral support programs.

In her consultation work with schools, Kire leads school-focused coaching and training efforts. She collaborates closely with school personnel to develop and implement evidence-based behavior support plans, as well as systems that help students meet their educational and developmental goals.

Kire’s expertise spans a wide range of learners, including children, adolescents, and young adults with learning disabilities, cognitive impairments, emotional and behavioral disorders, communication differences, and complex psychiatric needs.

Her integrated background in mediation and special education uniquely positions her to support families through some of their most challenging transitions, always with the goal of helping children feel safe, supported, and understood.
